Recently, an intensive Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) training programme was completed by our Supplier Relationship Managers in Asia, helping them grow their knowledge of data exchange processes.
By digitally exchanging critical business documents such as purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes, EDI reduces manual tasks and the risk of human error – and for hospitality industry suppliers using FutureLog’s digital marketplace, this means a more efficient and accurate way to manage the flow and exchange of data.
In addition to enhancing our team's expertise, this training equips our Supplier Relationship Managers to provide more proficient and impactful support, as well as fostering stronger partnerships with our suppliers.
