Our Dubai Team's Soft Skills Workshop
Over the past nine months, our FutureLog MEA team in Dubai has enjoyed a series of DeANTS soft skills training workshops led by Tripat Mehrotra.
From problem solving and 21st century leadership to negotiation skills and priority management, the diverse range of sessions have empowered our teams on personal and professional levels.
In terms of personal growth, our team embraced refining their communication skills, learning more about the nuances of body language and practicing effective time management, while professionally, the topics of consultative selling, mind mapping and brainstorming techniques were amongst some of their many favourites, fostering a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration throughout.
Last week marked the completion of the workshop series, and now everyone is delighted to put their freshly-honed skills to great use!
